    SBA (8a) Minority-Owned Contractor- Revenue Share Program

    CapitalTech enters into a revenue-sharing agreement (RSA) with an SBA (8a) minority-owned contractor and a Prime Contractor to, structure a program that benefits the prime Contractor, CapitalTech, and the monority contractor. Here’s a description of how such a program might work and the benefits it could offer:

    1. Program Structure:
      • Parties Involved: The program involves CapitalTech, a Prime Contractor,  and an SBA (8a) minority-owned sub contractor.
      • Revenue Sharing Agreement (RSA):  CapitalTech, the Prime Contractor and the Minority Contractor enter into an RSA that outlines the terms of their partnership. The RSA specifies that the Contractors will share a portion of their gross revenue with CapitalTech in exchange for the services provided by CapitalTech.
      • Capital Deployment: The capital raise provides capital to the Minority Contractor, which the Minority Contractor can use to expand operations, or meet other contract requirements.
